The ideal purpose of the Public hearing is To validate the draft plan, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure the final plan reflects community needs, as mandated by the National Development Planning (System) Act, 1994 (Act 480) and Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
