In January 2020, I took up a new task within GIZ, my first in West Africa, after previous engagements in South-East Asia, the Horn of Africa and Europe (Headquarters). Being no stranger to challenges, I have spent a part of my working career in some of the most volatile working environments where your mere existence cannot be guaranteed due to warfare.
