The National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP) and GIZ have undertaken an initiative to improve data management for social protection and strengthen the capacity of user institutions at national and sub-national (MMDAs) levels.The Goal is to provide income security, enhance social status, and protect vulnerable groups (children, women, elderly, disabled) from poverty and social exclusion.
