The “Medium Term Development Plan (MTDP) 2025” isn’t a single document but refers to Ghana’s ongoing national development planning, specifically the Medium-Term National Development Policy Framework (MTNDPF) 2022-2025, which guides sector plans like health (2022-2025) and lays groundwork for the next framework (2026-2029). The goal is transforming Ghana into a prosperous nation by exploiting resources, fostering fair society, and focusing on inclusive growth, with key priorities including building strong governance, enhancing policy, R&D, and aligning with SDGs and Ghana’s long-term Vision 2057.

The current 2025 Annual Action Plan has been prepared based on the National Medium – Term Development Policy Framework (2026 – 2029), otherwise known as the Consolidated Program of Economic and Social Development Policies – An Agenda for Jobs: Creating Prosperity and Equal Opportunity for All. Considering the challenges and setbacks of the immediate past, the current framework outlines the development policies and strategies that will guide the management of the municipality.Financing the 2025 Annual Action plan for East Mamprusi will depend on funds from DDF, DACF, GSCSP, GPSNP, SCOC, RING II, other Governmental Support/Fund, Donor funds and Development Partners. will contribute immensely to reduce poverty and transform the lives of the people in the East Mamprusi Municipal.
